KFA Connect are thrilled to have been able to provide funding for a new Defibrillator to be installed at Hamptworth Golf Club this month.
Whilst we sincerely hope it isn’t needed, we are very pleased to have been able to make a defibrillator available on-site for anyone who may need one in the future.
Hamptworth Golf Club have recently completed a £2 million pound refurbishment of the clubhouse.
They have no separate sections, captains or committees ensuring all members have equal standing.
Membership is limited to 300 members to ensure the course is not overplayed, and tee times are always available to club members.
The golf course is currently undergoing a major refurbishment program which will include a complete redesign of some holes with a long-term goal of hosting a PGA Tournament within the next five years.
Hopefully, this new defibrillator will make a difference – we believe that the more of these that are available in communities the better, especially in rural communities.
