High-quality collectables marketing company Compton & Woodhouse have now gone live with the recently commissioned Campaign Manager application. This bespoke software application has been designed and developed by Kingfisher Associates to enable the London and Staffs based firm to place orders on suppliers on a Just-In-Time Manufacturing basis.
The firm advertises collectables, particularly jewellery and figurines through national newspapers, direct mail and over their website. Customers can purchase single items or they may opt to buy an entire collection over an extended period.
CAMPAIGN MANAGER
The new marketing system enables accurate forecasting of revenues, costs and margins on any specific campaign. It also allows for feasibility studies to be run prior to a campaign to better understand the likely outcome prior to making any marketing investment. Monthly trading accounts are fully integrated within the system and have enabled a significant improvement in the timeliness and accuracy of management reporting.
